  • Our Mobile Bar service includes professional bartenders, bar setup and breakdown, custom menu planning, bar tools,ice,cups,napkins,garnishes and s stylish bar setup based on your selected package. We handle the details so you can enjoy your event stress free.

  • Absolutely. Mood Mobile Bar carries event liability insurance, and all bartenders are TABC certified, meeting Texas requirements for safe and responsible alcohol service.

  • Yes! Mobile mixology classes require a minimum of 6 guests. They’re perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, corporate settings  intimate group experiences. 

  • Event dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis and are officially reserved upon receipt of a signed agreement and booking deposit. Inquiries and consultations do not guarantee date availability.

  • While we do offer starting packages, every event is unique. Pricing is customized based on factors such as event type, guest count, service duration, location, and specific bar needs. This allows us to create a tailored experience that best fits your event. Once we have your event details, we’ll provide a personalized quote.

  • Due to Texas state law, alcohol is not included in our packages. We provide everything else needed for service, including bar setup, mixers, garnishes, ice, and professional staff.

  • Yes. A 20% service fee is added to all bookings. Travel is included for events within 20 miles. Events exceeding 20 miles will incur an additional travel fee.

  • A 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve our event date. The remaining balance is due 4 days prior to your event. If an event is book less than 2 weeks out full payment will be needed.

  • Pricing depends on several factors including guest count, event duration, bar setup, and level of service selected. We’ll walk you through everything before booking so you know exactly what to expect.

  • We can accommodate events of various sizes. Guest count helps determine staffing and bar setup to ensure smooth service for everyone.

  • Yes we do depending on the capacity of what is needed for your event! The latest would be a week notice. Rush fee would be applied.

  • Deposits are non refundable. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability and notice given.

  • We book events as far out as a year. Especially for weddings for clients who are trying to lock in their vendors early. Mixology classes are recommended to be booked 4 weeks out the latest.
